Beyond the Lab: An Educator and Leader
While his research was path-breaking, Dr. Vijayaraghavan’s commitment to the next generation of doctors was equally significant. As Professor and Head of Cardiology at Trivandrum Medical College, he built one of the country's most modern cardiology departments. His influence lived on through his leadership at KIMS Healthcare, which he helped establish in 2002, ensuring that world-class cardiac care remained accessible.
